Because I've spent nearly 20 years running cleaning businesses myself, you won't need to spend half the session explaining the realities of the industry to me.

My approach is a mixture of coaching and mentoring. I'll challenge your thinking, but when my experience can save you hours of figuring something out for yourself, I'm happy to share it.

If we uncover a serious pricing problem in session two, we're not going to ignore it just because the next topic on the list says "systems".

Ongoing coaching is exclusively available to clients who have completed Business Boost. By this stage I already understand your business, your numbers, systems, team and goals. So rather than following a set programme, your business sets the agenda.
​
We might work on profitability one session, a staffing issue the next, then recruitment, systems, marketing, growth or a new opportunity. You also have a sounding board for those decisions that can be difficult to make when you're running a business on your own.
​
I'll continue to challenge your thinking, hold you accountable and share my own experience where it's useful, while helping you keep sight of the bigger picture.
